Frequently Asked Questions

The following is a list of frequently asked questions by our parents. This provides basic information. If you require more information, please do not hesitate to contact the office staff and they will be happy to assist you.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

We participate in most major health insurance plans. For any insurance or billing questions you may contact our office at 215-369-3555.

Do I need an insurance referral or authorization?

As a specialty office, we do not issue referrals.  If your insurance requires a referral, you will need to obtain this from your child’s primary care pediatrician.  We will assist in providing any information that will be helpful to obtain this referral.   If any authorizations are needed for further treatment, our office staff will obtain these authorizations and assist in making further appointments and coordination of care.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

We ask that you bring any pertinent medical records from your referring physician, hospital or other medical facility, including radiology films/discs, lab reports, discharge summaries, and a list of the current medications that your child was prescribed.  We also ask that you bring your child’s current insurance card and an insurance referral, if applicable.

What days are you open?

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
